About these terms

These terms govern your use of PetsFindly, operated by Growth Avengers ("we", "us"). By using PetsFindly you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What PetsFindly is

PetsFindly is a platform where pet owners, breeders, shelters and vets find each other for breeding, adoption and sale. We are not a party to any arrangement between members, we never take custody of an animal, and we do not guarantee any listing, animal or member. Whether to go ahead, and on what terms, is up to you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Keep your details accurate and your login private. Tell us straight away if someone else gets into your account.
  • Verification confirms that you can be reached. It is not a background check, and it does not guarantee anyone or any animal.

3. Listing rules

  • List only a real animal that you have the right to list, and describe it truthfully.
  • Use real photos of that animal, with no watermarks, logos or people who have not agreed to appear.
  • If you set a price or stud fee, it must be the real one.
  • No illegal sales, no restricted or banned species, and nothing that supports cruelty, fighting or neglect.
  • We may review, edit or remove any listing that breaks these rules.

4. Your conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten or defraud another member.
  • Scrape listings or get around our contact protection.
  • Open a second account to dodge a suspension, or pretend to be someone else.
  • Interfere with the service or access another account.

5. Paid plans and credits

Some features need a paid plan or credits. The price, billing period and any refund terms are shown before you pay, and they form part of these terms. Credits cannot be transferred to another account.

6. Moderation and termination

You can report any listing or member. We may remove content, or warn, suspend or close an account, at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

7. Disclaimers

PetsFindly is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, that listings are accurate, or that members are who they say they are. Meeting a stranger to exchange an animal or money carries real risk, so meet somewhere safe and check what a listing claims before you commit.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of PetsFindly, or from any dealing between members, including anything to do with the health, condition or legal status of an animal.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You keep any consumer rights that the law where you live gives you.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a significant change, we will update the Last updated date on this page and email account holders before it takes effect. Using PetsFindly after that means you accept the change.
